To request a massage therapy appointment with me, Jeremy Bissonnette Registered Massage Therapist, fill out the form below and your request will sent. You can also call (519-745-4112) to request a massage appointment. Be sure to leave a message when you call, as I might be in the other room doing a treatment. I always have my Black Berry with me and will respond promptly to your call or message.
Once a massage therapy appointment time has been decided on, I will make the appointment in my Black Berry calendar and send it to your email address. This way you can accept the appointment within your outlook or on your phone (if you like) and the appointment will be added into your calendar automatically.
• Please note that an appointment is required (though if you’re lucky you might be able to get one last minute).
• 24 hours, notice is necessary to cancel an appointment and all missed appointments must be paid for.
• There is no access to debit or credit in the clinic, please bring cash only
